As a Film and Photographic student at the Willem de Kooning Academy, I am developing myself as an image specialist who uses photography and art as a tool for portraying my vision in thought-provoking and visually challenging ways.
As an artist, I create intrusive portraits in which I seek vulnerability and strength in a persons glance and body movement. I relate to the world through images, using my imagination as a way of dealing with everyday life. I tend to see life as a prism of emotion, compassion and mysticism. Always looking for a deeper meaning in the subject around me. My work translates the self-dialogue I feed myself.
It shows my fear to discover, reveal and conquer.
